In the red corner we have Jaguar, from Coventry, England. A fine luxury make with some pretty awesome performance cars, along with BRG.
And in the blue corner we have the SRT Hellcat from the factories of Detroit, Michigan. 707+hp from a Supercharged V8.

Hellcat. How is this even a question?

How about a Jaguar wagon designed in Detroit and has an awesome hood ornament? :p
Nothing wrong with the W140 Ghibli, either, though

Jaaaaaaaaaaaag!!

Jaguar. Why would this even be a question?
Because why would I want a lhd car with no parts availability that nobody has ever heard of and I couldn’t give away secondhand?
Actually, truth be told, I don’t want either, thanks.

hmmm i don’t know, this is a hard decision :)

Man, this would be so much easier if we were in the 90s. 90s American interiors were melted down legos and gas station soda straws. It would also be easier if I had a bias against american cars and have never sat in a Fiat’sler Dodge before...
...but I have done that, Which makes this hard. The gap between a modern jag and a rubbish badge dodge today will still be considerable...but no where near as great as it was just a generation ago. Do you want an awesome place to sit and a classy badge? Or enough HP to shut down a Gallardo? I want the later, so I choose Hellcat.

IMO a better question would be base F-Type VS Hellcat since they’re about the same price.

I love Jags and I still say Hellcat. Because...depreciation. One might actually appreciate

Well the Red badge was kinda implying the performance line but I agree.

Hellcat, it’ll be more reliable and more fun.

Correction: Factories of Brampton, Ontario, though the engine comes from Ramos Arizpe in Mexico.

Jaaaaag. Tons of power, loads of luxury and prestige.
The Jaguar stands out for what it is. When you see one you know right off that even at the most basic model it’s still pretty amazing.
I’m always finding myself looking at challengers and thinking “ok is it a v6 or an RT? There’s rumble so RT or SRT? Where’s that little badge? Ok I see SRT, but no batshit crazy color so probably not Hellcat” with chargers it’s “no hood scoop so not an SRT, definitely not a Hell- shit that’s a cop!”
Oh, and the F Type R has the same 0-60 as the Hellcats (give or take 2 tenths of a second (but 3.5 vs 3.7 is too miniscule to mention)) And before anyone says cost the Challcat msrp’s at $65k and the F Type R at $90k. But if you’re throwing down that kind of money on an impractical pavement beast the difference is negligible.

Well, according to Roadkill’s facebook page, their ‘68 Charger is going to soon have a Hellcat, I’m going with Hellcat.

I want a MKII built vintage racing style, and a bagged MKX because that would be ridiculous and I need walnut trays in my life. Oh and a manual swapped XJS V12! Dodge makes cool cars but I’ve always been into Jags.

Hellcat.
why? 707hp!

Jag, for me. I’ll take a V6 F-Type Coupé with the new manual, and RWD.
